What would you like to do for Valetine's Day, if anything? I would at some point like to play my new piece for you and get your opinion.

I'm sorry I didn't accompany you to the match. I just haven't felt much like myself since Rodolphus left. I'm trying to figure out how to get out of this rut without killing something. I will come watch you play when the time comes, of course.

I am not interested in discussing this situation with my brother, so I would appreciate it if you tactless Muggle-lovers people would stop asking me questions or talking about it where I can hear.

Though I am completely apathetic when it comes to Quidditch, I much prefer the sudden wash of excitement to the usual whining. With the exception of bickering between (and apparently within) teams, of course.

I've made arrangements for us to leave in two days. We're staying on the island of Corfu.

As much as I have enjoyed spending time at home, I'm very much looking forward to being alone with you for a few days. We'll be back in time for New Years.

I think everyone could use a long holiday. Perhaps when we come back the world will be less...dramatic.

Apparently I have been invited to play at several social events in the next few weeks. Mum does love to chatter on about my skills. I suppose this means I will have to brush up on traditional Christmas music. Not that I mind, of course.

I must say I enjoyed last night quite a bit more than I expected.

I've been having nightmares for months. I'm certain it's nothing more than a combination of stress and overactive imaginations.

Oh, holidays. While I enjoy playing different music this time of year, I can't say I'm thrilled one way or another about Christmas or this ball.

I hate this. I hate lying to him like this. Why couldn't Lucius just help us come up with a better story? What happens the next time one of us gets nearly caught? Is he going to Obliviate us all? In theory it's a good idea, but now that I've got a half-hysterical boy on my hands...Merlin I wish I could tell him. I know he's panicking. I'm not even sure I'll be able to tell him once Dumbledore has interrogated him. Then he'll know I lied to him, and what then?

Still...I suppose it is better than facing His wrath. I'd rather Regulus be confused for a week than be under the Cruciatus for even a second.

If he'd just told me about the bites, this could have been avoided. What else hasn't he told me?
